Happy Halloween

There is no shortage of fun for Halloween around here. The party just goes on and on. To the point, that usually by Halloween, our costumes have holes and are falling apart.

After the pumpkin carving crisis of 2014 and 5 stitches, we opted for painting pumpkins this year. The Little Guy chose the mummy, Reagan did the spider web, Gracyn had the witch and Addison had the Happy Halloween pumpkin. These were so easy and adorable and resulted in my wondering why we would EVER carve a pumpkin. Reagan and Gracyn's pumpkins even won 1st and 2nd place at the pumpkin contest at Tommy's work party. They won autographed Dale Earnhardt M&M racing cars and were strangely IN LOVE with their prizes.

The Little Guy's school had a fall festival that was fun for all of us. I have really no words for Gracyn, in that jacket, on the horse. Might  be my favorite picture of the whole year.

Straight after the fall fest, we went to a gymnastics birthday party, where Gracyn sweat off all her face paint, making her look like Halloween!!!

First time for me to buy a Power Ranger costume. He has a pretty big dress up bin, thanks to his outstanding CASA bringing us all the costumes her grandchildren had outgrown. He actually wore something different for every event.

My gypsy girl Reagan

Addison made her animal shelter worker costume and put Maggie to work. They entered their contest in the pet Halloween party at our community center. Sadly they were beat by a seeing eye-dog, dressed as a hot dog, and his blind owner dressed as ketchup. That's hard to beat.

My crazy crew before Tommy's work party. His tattooed, nose-pierced, rock star costume was a hit!

We love yellow!!! Somehow I never got an individual picture of my 50's girl, Gracyn.

The annual neighborhood party is always a blast. That giant bounce house was rough on the costumes. We did some sewing when we got home that night.
